1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wen1win platform, accessible via wen1win.bet and all its subdomains. By using this platform, you agree that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the wen1win platform immediately.
• Your consent remains in effect for as long as you hold an active account with wen1win.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the wen1win platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. wen1win strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Prohibited Nationalities: You are not residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Non-Wen1Win Employees: wen1win employees, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as playing members.
• Personal Funds: You must use your own personally owned funds, obtained through lawful means, for all activities on the platform.

3 Account Registration

During the wen1win account registration process, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify wen1win immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at wen1win. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different personal details, different devices, or different networks — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Wen1win supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Wen1win does not impose any additional charges on deposits. However, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own processing fees, which are beyond wen1win's control. All successful deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from a wen1win account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 business hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or as requested by the wen1win security team.
• Wen1win reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days where a security review is required.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by wen1win are subject to specific terms and limits set for each offer. The general rules applicable to all wen1win bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member is eligible to claim this bonus once.
• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective bonus terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wen1win reserves the right to revoke any bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been met.
• Simultaneous participation in multiple promotions may be restricted depending on the terms of each specific promotion.
• Wen1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional programme with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

7 Game Rules

All games available on wen1win — including online slots, Live Casino, and jackpots — are operated by licensed game providers. The following rules apply to all gaming activity:

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which must be adhered to at all times.
• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any unresolved bets will be voided and the funds returned to your account balance.
• Wen1win reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is evidence of match manipulation or exploitation of software bugs.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

8 Sports Betting & E-Sports

For Sports Betting activities at wen1win (including Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton) and e-sports, the following additional rules apply:

• All Sports Betting wagers are final once confirmed by the wen1win system and cannot be cancelled or amended thereafter.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or terminated before the scheduled end of the match will be voided and refunded.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (odd error), wen1win reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Sports betting limits vary depending on the event type, league, and market selected, and are determined solely by wen1win.
• Bets involving match manipulation or the use of insider information are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Player Responsibility

As a wen1win member, you agree to:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose without affecting your day-to-day financial obligations.
• Not using the wen1win platform as a means to resolve financial problems or debts.
• Avoid playing when under significant emotional stress, after consuming alcohol, or in any condition that impairs your judgement.
• Set personal limits for deposits, losses, and playing time — and stick to them.
• Make use of the self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools provided by wen1win if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.

10 Inactive Account

A wen1win account that shows no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "inactive".

• Wen1win will send a notification to your registered email before applying any inactivity fee.
• An inactive account management fee of RM10 per month may be applied after the notification period.
• Inactive accounts with a zero balance (RM0) may be automatically closed after 24 months.
• To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and perform any activity on the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, wen1win is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond wen1win's control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from third-party failures, including internet service providers or financial institutions.
• Any action or omission resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

Wen1win's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your wen1win account at the time of the relevant incident.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Wen1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed fraud, match manipulation, or bonus abuse.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Activities suspected of involving money laundering or illegal financing.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, wen1win reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all funds in the account upon completion of the investigation.

13 Privacy & Data Security

Wen1win respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We collect and process your personal data solely for the purposes of:

• Identity verification and membership eligibility.
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals).

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Voluntary negotiation between both parties within the first 30 days.
• If negotiation fails, the dispute shall proceed through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
• As a last resort, through a Malaysian court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action arising from the use of the wen1win platform shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
